With Christmas comes food, and usually lots of it. Nearly everyone over indulges with foods that are generally reserved for the festive season only, like plum pudding, chocolate/rum balls and so on.
The good thing is that the new year is almost here and the number one resolution every year is to lose unwanted fat. There are many weight loss programs available and if you choose to use one make sure it is right for you.
I believe that mindset is the most important aspect of reaching your target weight goal. If you start a program to only lose the unwanted fat and then stop eating healthy only to go through the whole process again, you need to re-valuate your goals. Think of losing weight as a lifestyle change that incorporates healthy eating and exercise.
I know that is is still the festive season however if you want to get off to the best start drink in moderation, throw the smokes in the trash bin and live healthy.
